Schools will remain closed in Jammu Kashmir today, amid Pahalgam attack
26 people have lost their lives due to the cowardly act of terrorists in Pahalgam, Jammu Kashmir. While 13 people are still reported to be injured. Due to this attack, schools have been declared closed in Jammu Kashmir today. J&K Private School Association Jammu held an emergency meeting regarding this attack, and it was decided unanimously that government and private schools of all boards will remain closed in the entire state.
All schools will remain closed
J&K Private School Association has decided to keep all the schools of the state closed by holding a meeting. Apart from this, there will be no studies in Jammu University today. Educational activities will also remain closed here. All the examinations to be held during this period have been postponed.
The association expressed grief over the barbaric and inhuman terrorist attack in Pahalgam and condemned the incident.

Several lost their life in this attack
According to the information received, terrorists opened fire on several innocent tourists in a resort in Pahalgam. So far 26 people have been confirmed dead in the attack, while 13 people are reported to be injured. There is anger in the whole country regarding this attack.
Not only this, but the terrorists were also shooting the tourists after asking their religion.
The dead include 25 tourists and 1 local citizen. Which also includes 2 foreign citizens of Indian origin. Immediately after the attack, Anantnag Police has set up a 24/7 emergency help desk for tourists and issued helpline numbers

Terrorist organization took responsibility
The responsibility of this attack has been taken by the TRF terrorist organization, whose full name is 'The Resistance Front', it is a front organization of the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba.
