Waqf Amendment Bill in Parliament:  These organizations claim that only those Muslims are upset with the passing of the Waqf Bill who themselves are occupying the property of the Waqf Board.

Jamiat Himayat ul Islam, while supporting this bill, has asked sharp questions to the Waqf Board and those who advocate the Waqf Amendment Bill. Jamiat Himayat ul Islam's head Qari Abrar Jamal has said that only those Muslims are worried with the passing of the Waqf Bill who themselves are occupying the property of the Waqf Board.

All India Sufi Sajjadanashin Council

The All India Sufi Sajjadanashin Council, operating from Ajmer, Rajasthan, has supported the Waqf Bill.

This organization is associated with the Ajmer Sharif Dargah and represents Sufi traditions. In September 2024, it supported the Waqf Bill before the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC). This organization believed that this bill would improve the security and management of Waqf properties.

Syed Nasruddin Chishti, Chairman of the All India Sufi Sajjadanashin Council and associated with Ajmer Dargah, has said that the amendment in this bill does not mean at all that, mosques or properties will be taken away.

It is wrong to say this. Pasmanda Muslim Mahaj This organization representing Pasmanda (backward) Muslims is in favor of the Waqf Bill.

In the JPC meeting in September 2024, it described the bill as beneficial for 85% of Muslims.

This organization affiliated to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) stands in support of the Waqf Bill.

In a meeting held in Delhi on 23 February 2025, MRM said that this bill will bring transparency in Waqf properties and is in the interest of the Muslim community.

Muslim Women Intellectual Group The intellectual group of Muslim women has supported the Waqf Bill.

Summary

In the JPC meeting in November 2024, a delegation of Muslim women led by Shalini Ali supported the bill. He argued that this will bring transparency in the Waqf Board and will work for the welfare of weaker sections like women, orphans, widows. He said that the government has no possession on any religious place or any Muslim property.
