Malaika Arora Shares 10 Minute Chinese Exercise Routine For Fat Loss

Malaika Arora shared a 10 minute Chinese style exercise routine on Instagram. The actor said the workout may help improve energy flow and support fat loss.

Actor Malaika Arora has shared a short exercise routine on Instagram that she described as a quick way to boost health and support fat loss.

In the video posted last week, Arora demonstrates a Chinese style fitness routine that involves lifting the arms and alternately raising the toes while moving briskly from side to side. The routine lasts around 10 minutes.

Arora said the exercise may help “restore energy flow” from the first day. She added that it targets the stomach, liver, pancreas, intestines and body meridians.

According to the actor, regular practice of the routine may help ease digestive issues and stabilise blood sugar levels. The rhythmic movements are also associated with improving lymphatic drainage and reducing tension in the body.

She captioned the post, “Did you know this is one of the fastest and most effective ways to burn body fat?”

The post drew several reactions from social media users.

Arora began her career as a host on television shows including Club MTV, Love Line and Style Check. She later moved into modelling and appeared in album tracks including Gur Naalo Ishq Mitha by Bally Sagoo.

She gained wide recognition after appearing in the song Chaiyya Chaiyya from the film Dil Se starring Shah Rukh Khan and Manisha Koirala.

More recently, she appeared in the dance number Thamma released during the Diwali festival season.
