In a shocking incident, pro-Khalistani supporters in the United States of America targeted Hindu Temple Swaminarayan Mandir Vasana Sanstha with hateful slogans spray painted.

A social media post from the foundation stated, “Swaminarayan Mandir Vasana Sanstha in Newark, California was defaced with pro-#Khalistan slogans. @NewarkCA_Police and @CivilRights have been informed, and a full investigation will follow. We are insisting that this should be investigated as a hate crime.” The Newark police responded swiftly, assuring the public and the affected community that a thorough investigation is underway to apprehend the culprits behind this act of vandalism. The incident adds to a growing trend of hate crimes targeting religious institutions and communities.
