In a Facebook post, Honey Rose expressed the mental stress she and her family have endured due to Easwar’s alleged actions. She accused him of:

1. Planning an organized cybercrime to discredit her complaint.
2. Making vulgar and insulting remarks about her and her profession through media platforms.
3. Issuing threats and attempting to harm her dignity and career opportunities.

Background of the Case

Honey Rose had earlier filed a sexual harassment complaint against businessman Boby Chemmanur, leading to his arrest by the Wayanad police. The case was registered under Section 75 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, and Section 67 of the IT Act. Following this, Honey Rose alleges that Rahul Easwar has been attempting to manipulate public opinion against her and has subjected her to continuous harassment.

Legal Action
