New Zealand PM Luxon to arrive in India today for historic five-day visit
New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon is arriving in India on Sunday on a five-day visit. This will be his first official visit after assuming office.
The five-day visit, which will last till March 20, is taking place at the invitation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The aim of PM Luxon's visit is to strengthen the long-term ties between India and New Zealand, and to reaffirm the shared commitment of the two countries to enhance their bilateral relations in various fields. PM Luxon will also be accompanied by a high-level delegation, which will include senior officials, ministers, business leaders, media representatives and members of the Indian community in New Zealand. His itinerary in India is full of important diplomatic meetings aimed at deepening ties between the two countries.

According to the schedule shared by the Ministry of External Affairs, PM Luxon will meet External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar after arriving in India.
