While hearing this matter, the Supreme Court said the need to make a concrete law. The Supreme Court is ready to test the petition. On this, the Supreme Court has also issued a notice. Justice BR Gavai said that there is a need to make a law on OTT and social media. A petition was filed in the Supreme Court regarding this. Hearing on which, notice has been issued to the social media platform including the Central Government. While hearing this matter, the Supreme Court said the need to make a concrete law. The Supreme Court is ready to test the petition. On this, the Supreme Court has also issued a notice. Apart from the Central Government, the Supreme Court has issued notices to Netflix, Ullu Digital Limited, Alt Balaji, Twitter, Meta and Google.
