Bouquet in Hand... Photo Surfaces of Suspect Who Drove Car into Delhi Assembly

Delhi Assembly Security Breach: A major incident occurred within the premises of the Delhi Assembly on Monday, around 2:00 PM. A vehicle approached at high speed, smashed through the Assembly's barricade, and drove straight inside. The driver of the vehicle left a bouquet inside the complex before fleeing the scene.
