This year more than 28 thousand migrants have reached Britain by boats via the English Channel. The people involved in the protest are against giving shelter to illegal immigrants. Recently an Ethiopian immigrant sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl, which has further fueled people's anger. Government and police are accused of failing to crack down on illegal immigration.
