Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan visited strategically vital areas under the Srinagar-based Chinar Corps on Saturday. During his visit, he lauded the preparedness, cohesion, and professional competence of the forces deployed in North Kashmir. In Baramulla, he was briefed on the employment of forces in future warfare scenarios and the integration of new technologies.
He also emphasized the importance of operational readiness and agility in light of evolving security challenges.
Addressing the officers of the Chinar Corps, the CDS remarked that the nature of warfare is undergoing rapid transformation, necessitating a shift toward Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) underpinned by a robust and integrated structure.
