During a podcast, former Pakistani spinner Danish Kaneria has made a big revelation about the behavior of the team players. Danish Kaneria, who made his international cricket debut against England in the year 2000, said that former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi used to harass me a lot. He used to make fun of my religion and say controversial things, due to which I used to be very upset. The players of the team did not want me to play in the team. Danish told that the then President of that time called all the players on phone regarding this matter and said that if anyone harassed Danish Kaneria, he would be in trouble. I will punish them myself. Danish said that the players of the team did not want me to perform well, because they felt that if I played more, I would go far ahead and break many records, because by then I had reached the fourth position in terms of taking the most wickets in Tests.

Danish Kaneria played fabulous in Test cricket for Pakistan

Danish Kaneria was able to play cricket for 10 years for Pakistan. During this time, he has taken 261 wickets in 112 innings of 61 Test matches. He is the first spinner to take the most wickets in Test cricket for Pakistan, while he occupies the fourth position in this list.
