Ranveer Allahabadia got setback from SC, court refused to hear the case early
Ranveer Allahabadia has knocked the door of the Supreme Court against several FIRs registered against him.
Ranveer Allahabadiacase has reached the Supreme Court. Former CJI's son and Ranveer's lawyer Advocate Abhinav Chandrachud filed a petition before the Supreme Court demanding an immediate hearing on it. On this, CJI Sanjiv Khanna said that there is no need for an immediate hearing. However, Allahabadia has got a setback from the court and the court has refused to hear the case early. Allahabadia's lawyer Dr. Abhinav Chandrachud said that several FIRs have been registered against Ranveer in several states. He has been called for questioning by the Guwahati Police today. Therefore, the court should order the investigation and hearing of all the FIRs registered against him to be done at one place so that he does not have to run around in different states.
