Fake Currency: A shocking incident has come to light from Ahmedabad district of Gujarat, about a fraud of 2 kg gold by printing Bollywood actor Anupam Kher's photo on a fake 500 rupee note. Meanwhile the cunning fraudsters did the feat of cheating gold on a fake 500 rupee note. The interesting thing is that to cheat gold, these fraudsters had also created a fake firm and took the real gold trader into confidence over the phone. Anupam Kher's photo on a fake 500 rupee note On 24 September, manager of Lakshmi Jewelers called Mehul Thakkar again and said that a party needs gold immediately. RTGS is not working. So he will give some security amount in exchange for the gold. After that, the money will be sent through RTGS.Meanwhile by the instructions of the manager, the gold trader gave two kg gold to his staff and sent them to CG Road. There were already three people present in the Angadia firm, out of which one man had a note counting machine. 1.30 crore fake notes in exchange of two kg gold According by the information, two people who bought the gold gave Rs 1.30 crore as security deposit and took two kg gold from Mehul Thakkar's staff. After that both of them said that they will give the remaining 30 lakh rupees from another office. When Mehul's staff saw the notes after giving the gold, all the notes were fake. By the time he saw the notes, all the three people had fled with the gold .All though these fraudsters had written the full form of RBI as Resol Bank of India on these fake notes.
