Aurangzeb Tomb: The political temperature is high in Maharashtra over Aurangzeb's tomb. The heat of which is being felt all over the country. Many Hindu organisations including Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal are demanding the removal of Aurangzeb's tomb. Proper demonstrations are also being held for this. On the other hand, many opposition parties including Congress are calling it a matter of spoiling the atmosphere. Meanwhile, on Monday, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut called Aurangzeb's tomb a symbol of valour and said that it should not be broken. Other leaders have also reacted to this.

Today Sanjay Raut said, "It is Aurangzeb's tomb. It is a symbol of valour. It should never be broken. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj fought such a big war with Aurangzeb. Even after him, Aurangzeb kept fighting for 25 years but could never win. Aurangzeb's tomb is in Maharashtra. It is a symbol of the valour of the Marathas."

Protest by Hindu Parishad in Jalna

On the other hand, Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal workers on Monday protested in front of the District Collector's office in Jalna demanding the removal of Aurangzeb's grave. They have submitted a memorandum to CM Devendra Fadnavis through the District Collector. In Jalna, Maharashtra, Vishwa Hindu Parishad District Minister Atul Upadhyay said while talking to the media that Aurangzeb was a cruel ruler. Therefore, his grave is not needed on this earth. A memorandum has been submitted to CM Devendra Fadnavis through the District Collector, in which we have demanded to demolish Aurangzeb's grave as soon as possible.

Today Bajrang Dal protested in Jalna demanding the removal of Aurangzeb's grave.

Let us tell you that on the demand to remove Aurangzeb's grave, Maharashtra-Goa Vishwa Hindu Parishad area chief Govind Shende had said on Sunday that some people are busy praising Aurangzeb. I want to say that he cannot be the icon of the country.

Aurangzeb tortured the country a lot

He tortured Hindus. He tortured his own father. Any symbol of such a cruel person will not be tolerated in this country now. Therefore, we are appealing to the government to understand the sentiments of Hindus and remove Aurangzeb's grave from there.
