Bulldozer justice Supreme Court: No house can be demolished, if owner is a criminal

Bulldozer justice Supreme Court: The Supreme Court heard the case of bulldozer action against criminals on Monday. The next hearing on this case is on 17 September. Meanwhile, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said in the apex court that, according to municipal rules, illegal construction can be demolished only by giving notice. While in  hearing, the Court asked how can someone's house be demolished just because he is an accused.

The petition alleges demolition of houses without notice. After this, the Supreme Court said that we will make guidelines in this regard. All states should follow it.
