Complete ban on firecrackers in Delhi before Diwali, government issued the order

According to the notification, the manufacture, storage, sale and bursting of firecrackers in Delhi has been banned from 14 to 1 January.

Second in this season, farmers in the states around Delhi also start burning stubble. This further increases pollution.
