Folk singer Neha Singh Rathore booked for sedition remarks on Pahalgam attack in UP
An FIR has been registered against popular folk singer Neha Singh Rathore for controversial remarks on Pahalgam terror attack.
Neha Singh Rathore Case: Neha Singh Rathore, who became famous with songs like UP mein ka ba... Bihar mein ka ba..., has been booked for controversial remarks on Pahalgam terror attack. An FIR has been registered against Neha Singh Rathore in UP's capital Lucknow. A case has been registered against her under 11 sections. Folk singer had made some such remarks on Pahalgam attack, which the complainant has termed as anti-national. Police is investigating the matter. According to information received from the police, an FIR has been filed against Neha Singh Rathore under several sections of the Indian Penal Code, such as 196(1)(a), 196(1)(b), 197(1)(a), 197(1)(b), 197(1)(c), 197(1)(d), 353(1)(c), 353(2), 302, 152 and IT Act 69A.
