Prashant Kishore has sat on hunger strike under the Gandhi statue in Gandhi Maidan regarding the matter of BPSC candidates. He gave a 48-hour ultimatum to the government and said that if a solution is not found by the evening of January 2, then he himself will sit on a dharna. Prashant Kishore said, this hunger strike is against the arrogant government of Bihar, whose leader CM Nitish Kumar did not even consider it appropriate to meet the students.
