Along with this, 3 properties of Vikas Agarwal were also attached, worth Rs 1.54 crore. 33 properties belonged to Arvind Singh, worth Rs 12.99 crore. According to ED, CSMCL was formed in 2017 for the purchase and sale of liquor, but with the change of government, it became a tool in the hands of the syndicate. It is alleged that all the contracts for the work related to CSMCL were being given to the people associated with this syndicate. ED claims that the syndicate earned a 'huge commission' from the sale of illegal liquor, this amount was given to Anwar Dhebar and then he shared it with the political party
