Let us tell you that due to the rumor of fire in Lucknow-Mumbai Pushpak Express train in Jalgaon district, many passengers jumped from the train. Meanwhile, the train coming from the other side crushed these passengers. Now the government has announced compensation for the dead and injured. I express my condolences to the bereaved families and wish all the injured a speedy recovery. The officials are providing all possible assistance to the affected people." According to the information received from the Railway Minister's office, a compensation of Rs 1.5 lakh each has been announced to the families of the deceased in the Jalgaon train accident, Rs 50,000 to the seriously injured and Rs 5,000 to those with minor injuries.
