Today, these ghats will be lit up with 28 lakh diyas and will register their name in the Guinness World Record for the seventh time in a row. The tourism department has assigned responsibilities to the agencies to decorate and beautify Ayodhya. This time, pollution-free green fireworks will also set a new standard in Ayodhya. An order of 28 lakh diyas was given to the local artisans, so that even if 10 percent of the diyas are damaged, the target of 25 lakh can still be achieved. At many places, diyas have been laid out in some special patterns. 80,000 lamps have been decorated in the shape of Swastika at Ghat No. 10, which is a symbol of auspiciousness. Meanwhile at the same time, the Ram Mandir complex has been divided into seven zones for Deepotsav. In each zone, rows of 100-100 or special shapes of lamps will be prepared, and lamps will be decorated. 51 thousand lamps will be accommodated here and lit from 6 pm. These lamps will burn continuously for three hours. Though entire temple complex is being decorated with flowers during this year's Deepotsav. The state information department has made arrangements for live telecast of the entire event.
